Q&As are now closed, but please read on, as someone else may well have asked your question already.

Q: Just wanted to check if foreigners who are living in Singapore are allowed to participate as well, or is this just for Singaporeans/PR?

A: Happy to clarify: anyone between the ages of 12 and 25 whose primary residence is in Singapore is eligible to enter, regardless of their nationality.

Q: Are students turning 12 this year (but whose birthdays have yet to pass) allowed to participate?

A:  For the sake of fairness and clarity, entries will be open to those whose actual ages match the entry criteria: being 12 to 25 years old as of the 15 October submission deadline.

Q: Where do we post/upload our artworks online? Is there any website link provided?

A: Upload information will be provided in the full brief, which is available upon formal registration of interest. To register, please send an email with your full name and NRIC/FIN number to: createforclimateSG@gmail.com.

Q: Do I need to submit the physical copy of my artwork?

A: Please retain the original copy of your artwork. We will accept only digital copies for the competition judging process.

Q: Is it compulsory to design my artwork in the form of a poster? Can it be a painting?

A: You are very welcome to make a painting, but please be advised that the work must be able to be portrayed/reproduced as a poster in standard A3 dimensions (either landscape or portrait orientation) for the final exhibition.

Q: For the entry form replies and the artwork submission, do I have to submit together or can they be submitted at different dates?
A: They may be submitted on different dates as long as both are submitted within the 15 October deadline.

Q: For digital submission, may I scan my artwork using my phone's scanner app before transferring it to my laptop and emailing to you my artwork online?
A: It is your choice to decide how to create a digital file of your artwork. Please note that artworks must be submitted by a transfer platform (Google Drive or WeTransfer) and not sent as email attachments.

Q: To clarify, for both the entry form replies and the artwork, they have to be submitted before 15 October? Eg: (may be earlier than 14 October) etc. Is it the submissions must only be submitted by 15 October midnight? If they are submitted after 15 October midnight, (16 October, 17 October.....), is it considered late submission and are not accepted for judging?
A: Early entries are welcome. Both entry form and artwork may be submitted anytime up to and including the midnight 15 October deadline. Late submissions will be ineligible for judging.

Q: I have difficulty submitting my artwork on Google Drive. What are the steps I can follow to submit?
A: Please refer to these instructions from Google.

Q&As are now closed. Please consult the competition brief for all available guidance.
